Poke Guru is a fast-healthy restaurant based in Indianapolis. The project explores the creation of a bold and expressive brand identity rooted in simplicity, contrast, and everyday food rituals. Designed to feel both accessible and distinctive, the brand reflects a contemporary approach to healthy food—fresh, direct, and unapologetically visual.

The visual system is built on a strong contrast between black and white graphic elements and vibrant food photography. Marta Plusa’s fish illustrations play a central role in shaping the brand’s identity, bringing personality, rhythm, and a handcrafted feel. Together, illustration and photography create a recognizable visual language that feels playful yet structured.

Thoughtfully structured with clean typography, generous white space, and precise navigation, it delivers a fresh, intuitive user experience that echoes the brand’s healthy, fast-serve identity. Every detail—from layout to interaction—is crafted for ease, speed, and visual simplicity.
